How much does it cost?+
$0.30 per hour, capped at $5 per day. Day-pass, monthly and annual subscriptions are available in the app. Prices may vary slightly by country and are billed in local currency.
Is there a deposit?+
We place a temporary hold of $20 on your card at pickup. It is released automatically when you return the powerbank.
Can I get a refund?+
If a rental fails because of a station, powerbank or network issue, you get an automatic refund. For other situations see /support/refunds.
